Create an IP Fetch account

An IP Fetch account is used to automatically track the dynamic IP address of a Desktop Scout Agent. This is useful if the Agent uses a dial-up connection to the Internet, or if their ISP assigns a different IP address everytime it connects to the Internet.

Using the IP Fetch feature is simple:

• Create a free IP Fetch account using this page.
• Enter the IP Fetch username and password into the Viewer when adding a new Agent.
• Enter the IP Fetch username and password into the Agent under the IP Fetch settings tab.
