Desktop Scout

An IP Fetch account can automatically track the dynamic IP address of a Desktop Scout Agent.

This is useful if the ISP assigns a different IP address to the Agent everytime it connects to the Internet.

Using the IP Fetch feature is simple:

Create a free IP Fetch account using this page.
Enter the IP Fetch username and password into the Viewer (in the Agent properties).
Enter the IP Fetch username and password into the Agent (under the IP Fetch settings).
